Since its beginning in 2001, Stevensville Main Street Association has helped to create and promote a healthy economy and attractive downtown, while maintaining historic character and integrity. Stevensville has a rich history, with the distinction of being the oldest permanent settlement in Montana - where Montana began. Located in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley, Stevensville boasts of beautiful scenery, unique lodging, recreation opportunities, historic buildings, wonderful restaurants and shops.
