A Montana Country Christmas 2007

Friday Special Events

10am to 9pm             Historic Saint Mary’s Mission – Gift Shop Open

3pm to 4:30pm          Senior Social –Saint Mary’s Family Center- Music, Treats, Drinks and door prizes.  Demonstration by Victorian Ladies Tea Guild.  Special visit by Mrs. Claus!

4pm to 9pm                “A Montana Country Christmas Arts & Craft Show” 229 A Main Street and 213 Main Street  - Explore the incredible Montana Made Creations!

4pm to 9pm               Home Based Businesses -  203 Main Street –Creative Memories, Arbonne, Gold Canyon Candles, Stampin’ Up, Silpada Jewelry and more!

5pm to 9pm                Bitterroot Valley Model Railroad Club Inside Kohl Building - Basement Level below Valley Drug – Trains will be running!

5:30 to 9:00 pm         Stevensville Hotel – 4th Annual SASS Christmas Art Show & Fundraiser.  Ornament Raffle, Art Cards for Sale .  Meet JR Eason, Sculptor – Live Music & Refreshments.

5:30pm to 6:30 pm    Veteran’s Park - Decorate the Community Tree – Bring your decoration and put it on the Community Tree.  Refreshments of Hot Chocolate provided by Stevensville Civic Club and Gingerbread figures will be provided by the Stevensville Realtors.

5:45pm to 6:15pm   Caroling by Stevensville High School Chrysolian Choir – Veteran’s Park

6:15pm to 6:30 pm   Veteran’s Park -Line up for the Parade of Lights. – Bring your flashlight!!

6:30pm                        Lighting of Community Tree and Parade of Lights begins proceeding to Downtown at 3rd and Main – Live Nativity Scene, Christmas Story and Caroling. Cookies and Hot Chocolate served by the Stevensville Civic Club.

6pm to 9pm               In Front of Valley Drug – Corner 3rd & Main Street  - Toasty Warm Up Fire &  Smores by Cutting Loose Salon

6pm to 9pm                Creamery Picnic Park   Toasty Warm Up Fire – Provided by Stevensville Civic Club

6 pm to 9 pm              Historic St. Mary’s Mission Chapel ---Open House

6pm to 7:30pm           North Valley Public Library –Violin duet, Annalisa Koellermeier and Kolton Robbins, followed by the Stevensville strings.  Refreshments served.  

6pm to 8:30pm           Stevensville Community Foundation  Family Christmas Party – St. Mary’s Family Center – Music by Lily of the Valley singers. At 7:15 Santa will arrive and be there to hear your wishes (bring camera for photos)–Activities, Raffel/Prizes, refreshments and door prizes.

6:45 to 7:30 pm          Stevensville Community Choir concert at Bitterroot Valley Living Center .

7pm to 9pm                 Wagon Rides Start – Loading at Mountain West Coop-Cenex

 

7:45pm to 8:30 pm     Stevensville Community Choir in Concert – St. Mary’s Catholic Church – all welcome!

8pm                             Stevensville Playhouse and Chantilly Players Inc.“How To Eat Like A Child, and Other Lessons In Not Being Grown-Up” --  doors open at 7:30pm .  Call: 777-2722 for reservations.

Friday Open Houses

6pm to 9pm                Open Houses at Downtown Businesses- Eickert Realty, Windsor Antiques, North Valley Public Library, Primoris Jewelry Gallery, Clothes Closet, Country Scrappin, Mary’s Place, Bitterroot Christian Book Store, stop by, explore, visit, enjoy refreshments!  

Sharing Trees:           Visit the Sharing Trees located at Rocky Mountain Bank, Farmers State Bank and Ravalli County Bank, Missoula Federal Credit Union Stevensville Branch.
